Willing to travel to remote areas frequently.

Proficient in MS Office, Emailing, and Internet browsing.

Responsibilities & Context
-
Provide technical support and services to farmers and dealers.
-
Guide farmers on smart farm management systems.
-
Collect and report competitor data/information.
-
Deliver technical services to help the sales team achieve targets.
-
Develop and implement model farm management systems.
-
Diagnose diseases through clinical signs and post-mortem analysis; provide written prescriptions when necessary.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on farm visits and related issues.
-
Arrange and conduct meetings with farmers/dealers to motivate them on improved farm management.
-
Handle complaints in coordination with Zone In-charge/Supervisor.
-
Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
