• The candidate should have knowledge of ERP/ Tally systems.     

• The candidate should have sound knowledge & expertise in Finance, Accounts, Banking, and Commercial related activities (both export & import).    

• Prepare bank reconciliation, bank transfer, inter-company transfer, and treasury functions, analyzing the Bank statement·  

• Maintain payments to suppliers, contractors, employees, banks, and others.

• Prepare all kinds of receipts, payments, bank transfers, and do the bank transactions vouchers.

• Authorization and Daily Voucher (Cash & Journal) Entry to ERP/Tally Prime System.· 

• Checking Sales Bill, Challan voucher in Tally Prime ·      

• Checking and posting Accounts receivable & Accounts payable data in the proper way by maintaining accepted accounting principles.·    

• Maintain project & other cost analysis.

• Preparing the analytical financial reports as per Management requirements.·

• Execute journal entries as per receipt. Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly reports and submit them to the management.

• Checking of all purchase bills with Quantity, Model, Value.· 

• Overview Stock movement and adjustment in Accounts·

• Physical verification of inventory at the warehouse.

• Prepare final internal audit reports to the management.
