Prior experience of 1 to 3 years in 3D interior design or visualization is preferred.
Skilled in using 3D modeling and rendering software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop.
A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in 3D design and rendering is essential.
Excellent abilities in visual storytelling, keen attention to detail, and good spatial understanding.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Capable of handling multiple projects and working efficiently under tight deadlines.
TM Interior is looking for a skilled and imaginative 3D Interior Designer to join our creative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality 3D interior visualizations—preferably using 3ds Max—that align with client expectations and uphold TM Interior’s commitment to excellence.
Create detailed 3D models and renderings for interior design projects using software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or other similar tools. (Preference will be given to candidates experienced with 3ds Max.)
Work closely with clients and the design team to gather project requirements, understand preferences, and respect budget constraints.
Design comprehensive interior layouts including color palettes, lighting schemes, furniture placements, and material choices.
Develop mood boards, visual presentations, and interactive walkthroughs to facilitate client approval.
Modify and refine designs based on client feedback and project guidelines.
Keep abreast of current design trends, innovative materials, and advancements in 3D visualization technology.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure designs are accurately implemented.
